Description
The “TICX” Selective Test Tool (with Ball Check) is used to pressure test the tubing above the nipple in which it is set. The locator assembly on this tool allows the operator the flexibility to locate, land and pressure test the tubing from any desired “TICX” Style Landing Nipple within the tubing string. If it becomes necessary to leave the test tool downhole, upward jarring will shear two pins that connect the fishneck to the ball housing. This will allow the tool string to return to the surface. An inside fishneck on the ball housing of the test tool will allow the test tool to be retrieved with a GS Pulling Tool.
